醃料:味噌2大匙+ 清酒3大匙(可用料理米酒) 醃4-5小時或過夜
Miso 2TBS+ Sake 3TBS ( Marinate for 4-5 hours or overnight)
小烤箱300F 烤~13分中,若有8分熟轉到最高溫烤2-3分鐘(以此法上色)魚就會有很美的,像餐館烤出來的顏色.
In toaster oven, bake @ 300F for ~13 mins. Before the fish is almost done, turn the temperature to “broil” and bake for another 2-3 mins., or until the fish turns golden brown.
